The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Central Wisconsin will be offering a 1-hour class for family caregivers that focuses on tools to better manage the stress that can come with being a family caregiver.
This class will be available in all their our office locations on Wednesday, March 13th as well as a virtual option. In Wausau, the class will be held from 10am-11am.
