Three Gratitudes Practice

Have you ever heard of

Itโ€™s the practice of paying attention, noticing, and being present โ€” no matter what youโ€™re doing. Developing mindfulness can help you observe your thoughts and feelings so you can better understand how you react to situations, especially social ones that may make you feel anxious.

One mindfulness method is called the

Wherever you are โ€” at home or at a social event โ€” observe your surroundings and name three things you are grateful for.

“I am grateful for my warm coffee, a healthy family, and my neighborโ€™s friendly dog who visits me.”
